The Fox guarding the NZ hen house

In September 2017 Canterbury University Professor Anne-Marie Brady, an expert in Chinese politics, presented a conference paper Magic Weapons:China’s political influence activities under Xi Jinping, explaining how China attempts to influence international opinion and using New Zealand as a case study.

Jacinda Adern said she hadn’t read the paper.  She looked like she was playing dodge ball with the questions.  Someone must have read it.  Anne-Marie Brady has been followed and harassed ever since, with her home broken into and her car tampered with.

We need more people like Anne-Marie Brady.  Now that this brave woman has spoken out, the Government has to be seen to be doing something.  In October 2018, Justice Minister Andrew Little asked Parliament’s Justice committee to “look at the resilience of our electoral system against foreign interference risks.”  “It is vital that New Zealand’s electoral system is protected against illegitimate interference by foreign states,” Little told the committee in a letter.

Really?  Talk is cheap.  The chair of the Justice committee, Labour MP Raymond Huo, is a man mentioned in Brady’s research on Chinese influence in New Zealand!  He was born in mainland China.

Guess what happened after Anne-Marie Brady wrote to the committee in February 2019 asking to appear before it.

Blocked.  This was very recent, just a week before the Mosque attacks.

“The select committee was then thrown into disarray when it emerged that Labour MPs had blocked Canterbury University Professor Anne-Marie Brady from appearing before the committee.”

Huo brushed questions about that off, saying “the correct procedure had been followed” and a spokesman for Jacinda Ardern echoed Huo’s comments saying “they only wanted to hear from Government agencies.”  National  MP Nick Smith said that was “complete crock”.

In the light of Media attention, Labour had to make an immediate U-turn.

But this Chinese is still in charge of the inquiry.  Given the conflict of interest, there will be no justice, and I’m left asking myself why Andrew Little would pick Huo to chair the committee?

Do you think our Electoral process is compromised?  No wonder I’ve been feeling that our votes are counted for nothing.

Fox in charge of hen house

Across the Tasman, Australia commissioned a secret government study that uncovered CCP attempts to influence all levels of politics, and subsequently proposed a raft of new legislation targeting espionage, foreign political donations, and foreign interference.

I wish New Zealand would do the same and tell China where to go.  I get the unsettling feeling that New Zealand is compromised and not in safe hands with either party or any of our leaders.

‘Abandoned and afraid’: Kiwi academics urge Jacinda Ardern to stand against China.

your-daughter-should-have-been-safe-here-your-daughter-should-38501918“Your daughter should have been safe here” Jacinda told the parents of backpacker Grace Millane.  In the light of the Mosque attacks, this has become a meme.  Does this only apply to foreigners?  Who is safe here?

Should our professor be safe?

As many as 29 academics have called on the Prime Minister to speak out, saying “attempts to intimidate and harass one academic in New Zealand have implications for the freedoms of all who live here”.

“My family and I, particularly in the last week, have been feeling abandoned, afraid and unsafe,” Ms Brady told Newshub in November 2018.  Police, the Security Intelligence Service (SIS) and Interpol are on the case. Ms Brady has asked them for protection, but hasn’t been given any.

“Not only did it seem to be a direct threat to her safety and the safety of her family, but it was something that was likely to cause a chilling effect,” London School of Economics Phd Candidate Tze Ming Mok says.

But Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern won’t act.  When questioned she said “she was waiting for the police report.”

Meanwhile …

China’s communist party has so much power in New Zealand that western countries might stop sharing intelligence.

How about that?  New Zealand is so compromised our traditional allies don’t want to share information with us.

There’s a prophecy in the Bible about a fox in the hen-house, when a future end-times leader aided by a complicit media will steal the wealth of nations;

“As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations;
as people gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries;
not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp.”  Isaiah 10:14

This leader will come to his end – but will cause a lot of grief before he’s removed.  He will have ten globalist buddies but will remove three.  You can read about him in Daniel 7 and Revelation 13.  Will China be his buddy?  The red dragon has awakened and it’s hot breath is being felt in New Zealand.

I haven’t blogged for a while as I’m writing a book called “The End” which deals with end times events from a Biblical perspective.  But I will try and blog too.  After the attacks in Christchurch – which happened just as the inquiry I’ve written about got started, I feel the need to warn about what’s going on here.

Contact me if you want a free rough draft of the book in return for proof reading.

Did God hit the roof at the Vatican?

This Easter, the Pope presided over Good Friday services amid fallen plaster and a controversy over hell.  The controversy erupted when a report came out claiming the Pope had denied the existence of said place.  The same day the report came out on Thursday the 29th March 2018, chunks of plaster fell off the ceiling at St. Peter’s Basilica.

The plaster landed near Michelangelo’s famed Pieta statue, which depicts the body of Jesus on the lap of his mother Mary after the Crucifixion.

The Vatican is scrambling to deny the Pope’s words – but the timing sure is interesting.

Plaster rained down near Michelangelo’s famed Pieta statue to the right of the main entrance at St Peter’s Basilica.

According to LifeSite News, Italian journalist Scalfari asked the pontiff, “Your Holiness, in our previous meeting you told me that our species will at some point disappear and God will always create other species from His creative seed. You have never spoken to me of souls who have died in sin and go to Hell to suffer for it forever. Instead, you have spoken to me of good souls who are admitted to the contemplation of God. But the bad souls? Where are they punished?”

Francis allegedly responded, “They are not punished, those who repent obtain God’s forgiveness and join the ranks of souls who contemplate Him, but those who do not repent and cannot therefore be forgiven disappear. Hell does not exist; the disappearance of sinful souls exists.”

Scalfari and Francis have engaged in multiple dialogues in the past. This is not the first time Scalfari’s interpretation of the pope’s words were disputed by the Vatican.

What do you think?  My own thoughts are that if the Pope, the head of 1.2 billion Catholics, did say it – then God would hit the roof.  If hell did not exist, then there would have been no need for the Cross or Easter.  And although I don’t recognise the Pope’s position as the “Vicar of Christ” – there would have been no need for him either.
