Withdrawing from Paris Agreement helps the poor

Whatever we feel about Trump, I heartily agree with him keeping his election promise in pulling the US out of that Paris Climate rort, and wish my country would do the same.  Why?  This rotten deal is nothing but U.N. wealth redistribution.

NZ is a small nation of 4 million people, yet we are going to spend 1.4 billion dollars  per year on this rort  Enron type agreement.  It’s money we don’t have!  I know because last year the government talked about borrowing a billion to build badly needed housing.

People in NZ ask, to who our wealth would be going?  It seems the United Nations Green Climate Fund.  Who is in that?

Do you think the third world governments, dictators and crony capitalists like Al Gore really give a stuff about the environment?

One of the projects was a dam in Nepal, where they want to generate electricity for export to energy-hungry India.  Nepal and China-based Zhejiang Hydropower Construction and Installation Co will get the money, and India will get the power – at the cost of the environment and other nations.

Ironically, green groups are against the dams.  Well, they shouldn’t have supported the climate hysteria which is enabling this wealth heist.
Green groups condemn UN plan to use $136m from climate fund for large dams
Here’s why we should demand that our governments get out of this deal,

  1. The Paris agreement raises energy prices
  2. Regulations promulgated under the aegis of the Paris Agreement increase prices and harm the economy.
  3. The Paris Agreement redistributes wealth from taxpayers to international corporations and less developed nations.

This blog article puts the case very concisely.
Care About The Poor? Why Withdrawing From Paris Agreement Helps Those Most Vulnerable
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this, for and against.

Elderly man who can only afford to heat himself with one bar of the heater, UK. Will the leaders who went to Paris be living like that?

Islamic attacks, what are modern Brits saying in private?

The Manchester-born singer, Morrissey, has hit out at politicians for their reaction to the bombing in his hometown that has killed 22 people and injured 59 more.

“Manchester mayor Andy Burnham says the attack is the work of an ‘extremist’. An extreme what? An extreme rabbit?”

Criticising the prime minister, the musician added: “Also, ‘will not break us’ means that the tragedy will not break her, or her policies on immigration. The young people of Manchester are already broken – thanks all the same, Theresa.”

He claimed that “her own life is lived in a bullet-proof bubble, and she evidently does not need to identify any young people today in Manchester morgues”.

Morrissey also criticised the London mayor, Sadiq Khan, who he said had failed to condemn the Islamic State group after it claimed responsibility for the attack.  Khan is a Muslim.

Morrissey cited government immigration policy among his complaints saying the prime minister would never change her immigration policy in the light of the attacks. Police have said that the bomber, Salman Abedi, was British-born and from Manchester.

“In modern Britain everyone seems petrified to officially say what we all say in private. Politicians tell us they are unafraid, but they are never the victims. How easy to be unafraid when one is protected from the line of fire. The people have no such protections,” the singer wrote on his Facebook page.

The family of Georgina Callander, who tragically died in the Manchester bombing, has warned the government it must ‘open its eyes’ before more parents lose their children to terror.  Source: http://metro.co.uk/2017/05/28/family-of-manchester-terror-victim-warn-government-to-open-its-eyes-before-its-too-late-6667225/

The 22 people killed in the Manchester bombing included children, with the youngest just eight years old. Of the 59 wounded, many were children under 16.

The word ‘MUSLIM,’ none dare say it …

“To stop this, we need to identify what’s happening.  And it’s happening because the Quran, in over a hundred verses, incites murder and war against us!”

Manchester Attack: What They’re NOT Telling You

Almost certainly, nothing will change.  There are things we can change; mass surveillance of hate preaching mosques, solitary confinement of individuals who are likely to radicalise others in prison, extreme vetting and strict quotas on Muslim immigration, deporting known terrorists, prosecuting NGOs who send out boats to rescue unvetted migrants – some of them who sympathise with, or are members of Isis.” – Paul Joseph Watson

This is tolerance.  This is diversity.  This is the future our leaders have chosen for us.

“But we have a choice.  We have hope.  Don’t let them tell you not to be angry – “to go on with life as usual.”  Because that’s not bravery – it’s cowardice.  Enough hashtags.  Enough vigils. Enough celebrity platitudes. It hasn’t worked.  We need change. We need action.  Hope has two beautiful daughters.  Their names are Anger and Courage. Anger at the way things are and Courage to see that they don’t remain as they are.”

Crashing from a great height

People keep crashing drones into Seattle’s Space Needle. the 605-foot tower and Seattle landmark built in 1962 by the Pentagram Corporation.  The Seattle tower also features in a nineties TV series “Dark Angel,” a TV show about Max, a genetically enhanced warrior.

“It looks like the drone tractor beam we installed on the Space Needle is working,” Space Needle CEO Ron Sevart jokingly told CNN in a statement. “This is the third time we’ve recovered a drone on our property.”

Jokes about tractor beams aside, perhaps people don’t know how to fly the things.  And people don’t always know how to fly computers either.

Microsoft is the dominant software manufacturer for desktop and laptop PCs.

The Seattle Space Needle is on the Windows 8 lock screen, an operating system that I avoid.

Microsoft’s tractor beam is “their software on every computer.”

microsoft
And how well do people know how to fly their computer?
For instance, if you have Windows 10, have you locked down your Privacy?  Did you know that everything said, clicked on and typed is being recorded?  From the start button on Windows 10, click “Settings” and then click “Privacy.”  Turn everything off.  The technocrats rely on our naivety.  I am forever locking down the privacy settings for my customers.
Windows 10 violates your privacy by default, here’s how you can protect yourself

I run an IT services company with my husband. Customers often say to me they don’t know much about computers and sometimes they are afraid they’ve caused the problem.  No, they are using a  computer system that has the propensity to crash, hang-up, quit working or display an error screen.  That’s what happens when you’ve got a monopoly producing a product.

You do have a choice about what you have on your computer.

ubuntu-linux-logoIt’s the Linux operating system.  I’ve been using it since 2001.  My advice is to find an IT services company that offer the service, and try Linux out.  Some software programs may not work with Linux, so get them to take an image of your Windows Operating System first in case you need to revert back to Windows.  There are various types of Linux.  We use Fedora Linux in our house and business.  Ubuntu is a good Linux operating system to start with.  The software is free, the only costs are associated with installation and learning.

Ubuntu is a Nguni Bantu term roughly translating to “human kindness”.

As for Bill Gates, the co-founder and former chairman of Microsoft, when he was a boy he won a dinner at the Space Needle restaurant offered by his pastor.  Eleven-year-old Gates had to memorize chapters 5, 6, and 7 of the Gospel of Matthew, better known as the Sermon on the Mount, and he recited the sermon flawlessly.

I wonder what young Bill Gates was thinking as he ate dinner and watched Seattle revolve around him.  Did he feel on top of the world?

The chapters he had to commit to memory contained a lot of wisdom.  Here are some of the words he recited,

No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” Matthew 6:24.

But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand.  The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”  Matthew 7:26.

Did he remember and follow the great words his Pastor wanted him to learn – or did he choose world domination?matthew-16-26

What Egypt thought of Obama

Here’s a bit of (black) humour. It’s Obama prattling on about “climate change being their biggest national security threat.”  Seriously?  The weather?  It’s just as well he’s going.  I hope the US can bounce back from him.

Here’s what the media in Egypt thought.  It’s refreshing after the sanitised, air-brushed version of president Obama that we’re presented with in the news.

Here are some of the comments:

“Is he insane?”

“He’s on drugs?”

“What do you expect from an affirmative action president?  He never served in the military, nor worked a day in his life.”

“Did you see that video of him working out?  My daughter has bigger biceps than him!”

“America is getting weaker by the day under this president.”

“Look what he did in Libya.  It’s all part of his plan.

“Your enemies no longer fear you. And your allies no longer trust you!”

The anatomy of the beast

Islamic 666We’re seeing the emergence of the beast, written about 2,000 years ago by the apostle John and recorded in
the Book of Revelation.  Even if we don’t know who it is, we can know what it is. It’s number, 666 is taking various forms.  Let me show you.

We’ll start with what John the apostle saw.  He wrote 666 like this →

The early greek characters look a lot like the arabic characters for “Bismillah,” meaning “in the name of Allah.”  Jihadists wear it in a headband around their foreheads.  In the Bible (Revelation 13:1) the beast is associated with “names of blasphemy.”

The number of the beast is associated with the number of a man, or the number of man plural; This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.” Revelation 13:18.

It’s going to be forced on people; It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.”  Revelation 13:16-17.

Muslims may well be the enforcers, because the apostle John saw the souls of people who had been beheaded for not taking the mark or worshiping the beast in Heaven; “And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.”  Revelation 20:4.

In science and technology it will be connected to some kind of artificially intelligent system run by Technocrats.

The “New World Order” will be based on Technocracy, a replacement economic system for capitalism and free enterprise, designed by a group of prominent scientists and engineers.

The scientists want to achieve a “balanced load” between the human population and nature.  This system will be based on energy instead of supply and demand and price based economics.  Instead of money which you can save, you’ll have “energy credits” which will expire.

The new economic model will be based on carbon, and their goal right now is wealth transfer, from the wealthy nations to the poor.

666, the number of Carbon

We’re all being told carbon is a pollutant, and conditioned to pay for our “carbon footprint.”  But did you know that the atomic number of carbon is six protons, six neutrons, and six electrons?  We are carbon based life forms.  Carbon is the number of man. Carbon is not a pollutant.

666, the number used to buy and sell

The dividing lines on our bar codes are also three sixes.  The country and manufacturer are on the left, and the product code is on the right.  The sixes are at each end and in the middle.

666, the number of tax

There will be some sort of global tax, no doubt based on carbon.  In the bible, the number 666 is associated with tax – King Solomon’s tax in 2 Chronicles 9:13 and 1 Kings 10:14.

Technocracy

The Technocrats are hard at work transforming the current economic system.

UN’s Top Climate Official: Goal Is To ‘Intentionally Transform the Economic Development Model’

History is littered with despots who’ve slaughtered millions in their quest for Utopia – in the last century we’ve had the Marxists who created the Soviet Union, the National Socialists who created the Nazi party, the Maoists who launched the Great Leap Forward, and the Khmer Rouge who laid waste to Cambodia in the killing fields. All of these bloodthirsty, murderous regimes (and others) led to the brutal, violent and pointless deaths of over 100 million people around the world.

Now the scientists are going to have a go at bringing in their own version of Utopia.  It’s depressingly familiar.  It’s just another governing system seeking power and control over the individual, rather than freedom and liberty.

The planners of this system have been quietly taking the power away from us.  They will need to destroy Christianity and the societies that have been built on this.  We’ve had two world wars, communism, atheism, fascism, racism, socialism, humanism, evolution, and multiculturalism used against us. Now they will knock over what remains with Islam and unchecked immigration.

What will be different this time though is their iron grip of control through technology.  We’ll have trans-humanism, artificial intelligence, drones, genetic engineering, RFID, so-called “Smart Technologies” and the “Internet of Things.”  The world had all of this before the flood of Noah.

The good news is this has all been foretold and it won’t last – but forewarned is forearmed.  We will need to make a choice between which religious system to adopt – whether we’re religious or not.  Only one religion is true.

Jesus said about his second coming; “As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.”  Matthew 24:37.

He warned us to Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.”  Matthew 24:42

The sellout of NZ

Thanks to greed, poor planning and economic mis-management, we can kiss goodbye to dreams of home ownership and a quarter acre section for the kids to run around on.  We now have people living in cars – unheard of before the economic reforms of the 1990’s.

New Zealand now has the highest housing prices in the world, next to Qatar!

How did we get here? These are a number of causes; (1) Supply and demand, (2) Land restrictions under UN inspired initiatives like Agenda 21 and now C40, (3) Foreign banks creating NZ’s money, and (4) Economic mismanagement.

(1 and 2) The demand for land out-stripping supply. The Auckland City Council has been restricting the amount of land that can be built on. Our media haven’t reported on this – but in December the Auckland City Council signed up to the C40 Low Carbon City Group, a group of councils across the world that regard carbon as a pollutant.  Carbon is not a pollutant – but we won’t go into that here.  I’ve already addressed that in Carbon Con, another blog post.

The C40 dream is for “compact cities” where car use is restricted. Our councils were already restricting land for building on under Agenda21, but it will really ramp up now Auckland is one of the C40 cities. The plan is for high density housing where people walk, bike, or use public transport. How can that be good for families? Gone will be our own private backyards where children and pets can play in the summer, and log fires in the winter. Gone will be our cars and garages. Gone will be land ownership and privacy. Surveillance will be increased and energy use will be monitored by things like “smart meters”, another thing that has been imposed on us.

big_4_money(3) Foreign Bank lending causing housing inflation.  The other reason for inflated housing prices is bank lending. NZ’s banking sector is dominated by big Australian Banks – called “the big four.” New Zealand banks were sold to them in the 1990’s.  The big four are the ANZ, NAB, Westpac and Commonwealth Bank. These foreign-owned banks hold 90% of New Zealand’s mortgages.

They make money electronically out of thin air and then loan it to New Zealanders at interest. Our money system is still based on the printing of bank notes, and nothing has been done to stop them from creating electronic money in this fashion. The overseas banks do have to have reserves, but its not covered by depositors funds – it’s covered by the inflated price of the land from the bubble they’ve created.

The big banks make huge profits which are taken out of NZ. They win, property owners and speculators win, and our children and people on the lowest rung of the economic ladder lose.

I’ve just heard on the news that half of the house buyers in Auckland are speculators. There are no laws to stop speculation in the NZ property market. The speculators don’t even have to be NZ citizens. It’s morally wrong.

(4) Economic mis-management.  Finally, we don’t have enough builders. The National Party decided that ‘the free market’ would deliver all the industry training New Zealand needed,” effectively wiping out the old apprenticeship system in the 1990s. Wage subsidies for apprentices on block courses were abolished in 1991, leading to the huge trades skills-crisis facing New Zealand today.  Source: http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/PO0507/S00250.htm

What can we do? Here are my ideas.  Stop unelected overseas entities from stealing our wealth.

Put pressure on our local and national government to demand the councils get out of the C40 “low carbon cities” initiative. Our rate payers are not being looked after in this group, and rates have gone up and will continue to go up. Technocrats in the UN, carbon exchanges and overseas investors are the only winners here.

Ask for a change to the money system. Ask why we aren’t creating the money electronically and giving it to Housing NZ?

Join Positive Money NZ – they’re part of an international movement for money reform.  http://www.positivemoney.org.nz/

Demand that we reinstate building apprenticeships.

Stop speculators buying our homes. Make it so they can invest in forestry or commercial property – but make it illegal to speculate on our homes.

Demand our local and national governments use some common sense – something that has flown out the window with the neo-liberal reforms of our economy in the early 1990’s. Blind fools in our government have let “the market’ dictate business and economic activity here, without any rules around the banks or the investors – resulting in this mess. They’ve enriched themselves at the expense of our country and our children.

Don’t borrow from the big four Australian Banks.  Go to the Cooperative Bank, Kiwibank or the Taranaki Savings Bank – they are all NZ owned.

There’s also Liberty Trust, who provide Interest Free Lending from pooled money.

I’d love to hear what you think.

More hypocrisy

bruce-springsteen-Header_tvywthI heard on the news this month (April 2016) that Bruce Springsteen canceled a concert in Greensboro, North Carolina, because that state enacted a law to keep girls safe in restrooms.

North Carolina GOP Executive Director Dallas Woodhouse released the following statement about the cancellation:

“This is bizarre. The Greensboro Coliseum has men’s restrooms, women’s restrooms and presumably family restrooms. The policy passed by the General Assembly, rolled back the radical change in bathroom policy, by the Charlotte City Council and maintained the status quo. For years young girls have safely used the restrooms at ACC Tournament games and other events at the Greensboro Coliseum separated from grown men. The legislature and Governor simply secured the long standing common policy of safety and security and privacy.”

Source: http://myfox8.com/2016/04/08/bruce-springsteen-cancels-greensboro-concert-on-sunday-because-of-house-bill-2/

The newly enacted law (which would seem logical to most of us) requires individuals to use bathrooms that correspond to the gender on their birth certificate.  It drew the ire of the gay and transgender people who believe their legal protections should trump those of the majority.

Agreeing with them, Springsteen canceled his concert to show his solidarity “in the fight against prejudice and bigotry.”

Nothing happened to him even though Greensboro Coliseum officials have estimated a loss of $100,000 in net revenue.

In a free country, he should have the right to withhold his services if they violate his deeply held beliefs.

Bake the cakeAs should the Kleins, the Christian bakers who in July 2015 were sued and gagged for refusing to make a same-sex wedding cake.  They were ordered to pay $135,000 in “emotional damages” to the couple they denied service – and ordered to “cease and desist” from speaking publicly about not wanting to bake cakes for same-sex weddings based on their Christian beliefs.

Here’s a clip of what happens when Moslem bakers are asked to bake a gay wedding cake in Deerborn, Michigan.  Is the gay lobby going to persecute prosecute them?  Just asking.
