Making money from infidelity

Ashley MadisonAfter Gay Marriage was passed into law I wondered what would happen with adultery.  I wrote that lawyers and MPs in the U.K. said adultery would simply be abolished as a grounds for divorce.

Adultery is now being advertised on TV and the radio here in NZ, through joining the Ashley Madison website.

Can anything halt the moral slide?  What’s going to be acceptable next?

Since the website has been hacked and names released on the dark web, there have been two suicides and the founder and chief executive of the Ashley Madison infidelity dating website, Noel Biderman, has stepped down.

Also, the surge in popularity of “hookup apps” has been blamed for an increase in the number of STD infections.

This is what happens when what’s immoral is made legit and legal.

When there’s no moral compass, the people cast off all restraint.

Is it worth it?

As for the hacking scandal, there is a Bible proverb that says “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.” Proverbs 10:9.
